إن قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بكل مستخدم يتم إنشاؤها وحفظها بشكل كامل ومستقل داخل حساب Google Drive الشخصي والخاص بالمستخدم نفسه، مما يضمن أمان الخصوصية اللوجستية المطلقة للمستخدمين.
2. دور المنصة وصلاحيات الوصول:
إن دور LogisticX يقتصر فقط على توفير الواجهة الأساسية المميزة والأدوات البرمجية اللازمة لإدارة وعرض هذه البيانات، مما يضمن توفير خدمة آمنة تماماً للمفتاح الرقمي الخاص بك، بحيث تظل متحكماً بنسبة 100% في ملفاتك دون أدنى تدخل خارجي. يطلب التطبيق الوصول لـ Google Drive فقط لإنشاء وتحديث ملفات النظام، ولا نشارك أي معلومات مع أطراف ثالثة.
📋 ثانياً: بنود وشروط الخدمة
1. شروط الاستخدام والاتصال الفني:
باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك تمنح النظام الإذن الفني للاتصال بحساب Google الخاص بك بهدف معالجة البيانات اللوجستية وعرضها عبر واجهتنا المميزة. يتعهد المستخدم باستخدام الأدوات في الأغراض المشروعة لإدارة العمليات والأسطول وتتبع الشحنات.
2. إخلاء المسؤولية عن البيانات والأمن:
بما أن خوادم LogisticX لا تحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية من بياناتك وتُخزن برمتها داخل مساحتك الخاصة على Google Drive، فإن المستخدم يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أمن حسابه، والحفاظ على الملفات من الحذف اليدوي أو التعديل الخارجي. لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية أي فقدان للبيانات ينتج عن تصرف من المستخدم أو انقطاع في خدمات شركة Google.
3. التعديلات على الخدمة والتطوير:
نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في تحديث وتطوير الواجهات البرمجية والأدوات اللوجستية لضمان تقديم خدمة آمنة ومتطورة ومميزة للمستخدم بشكل غير مسبوق.

Data Storage and Privacy:
Please note that LogisticX does not store or save any data entered by the user on our servers under any circumstances.
Instead, a dedicated database for each user is automatically created and securely stored within their own personal Google Drive account. This architecture ensures an unprecedented level of security, leaving the user in full and exclusive control of their data at all times.
Our Role and OAuth Access:
LogisticX merely provides the main premium user interface and tools to process and display this data. We only request OAuth permissions to manage application-specific files inside your Google Drive without sharing any information with third parties.
📋 2. Terms of Service
Agreement of Use:
By accessing LogisticX, you agree to grant the platform permission to interface with your Google Drive account. The user is responsible for using the logistics tools and dashboard functions in a lawful and compliant manner.
Limitation of Liability:
Since LogisticX servers do not maintain backups of your data and everything is stored entirely within your personal Google Drive, the user bears full responsibility for account security and safeguarding files from manual deletion or external alteration. The platform assumes no liability for any loss of data resulting from user actions or service interruptions from Google.
Service Modifications and Updates:
We reserve the full right to update and develop software interfaces and logistics tools to ensure the continuous delivery of a secure, cutting-edge, and premium service.
